Indications

Conditions where modification of platelet behaviour is considered beneficial including transient ischaemic attacks, secondary prevention of MI, prophylaxis against stroke, vascular occlosion & deep vein thrombosis.

Dosage

Adult 1 tab daily.

Contraindications

Peptic ulcer, dyspepsia; haemophilia. Infants<1 yr, gout.

Adverse Reactions

GI disturbance; intoxicantion & hypersensitivity.

Interactions

Probenecid, uricosurics, anticoagulants, hypoglycaemics, cytotoxics.
