Indications

OC.

Dosage

1 tab daily from the 5th day of mentstruation.

Contraindications

Pregnancy; severe liver function disturbances, history of idiopathic jaundice, herpes or severe pruritus of pregnancy, Dubin-Johnson or Rotor syndrome, history of or existing hepatic tumours or thromboembolic process, sickle-cell anemia, existing or treated carcinoma of the breast or endometrium, severe diabetes w/ deterioration during previose pregnancies.

Precautions

Diabetes, hypertension, varicose veins, otosclerosis, multiple sclerosis, epilepsh, porphyria, tetany, chorea minor, history of phlebitis, smoking, age, lactation.

Adverse Reactions

Headache, gi upset, breast tension, intermenstrual bleeding, influence on body wt & libido, depressive moods, chloasma, sudden perception disorders.

Interactions

Sedatives, antibiotics, anti-epileptics & antiarthritics.
